At Melbourne Decks, our premium decking boards are made using advanced ASA PVC co-extrusion technology—delivering the next generation of outdoor performance without any wood fibres or natural materials. Unlike timber or traditional composite decking, our boards are manufactured from rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and co-extruded with a high-performance ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) resin layer. This innovative combination offers exceptional durability, UV stability, and low maintenance in all climates. The ASA outer shell is engineered to resist UV fading, insect damage, water absorption, staining, scratching, and warping, while the solid PVC core ensures long-lasting structural integrity.
